Sourdough sicilian-ish pies made with the same organic domestic and local flours as our rounds but in square form. Pretty much twice as much pizza as the rounds and definitely twice as much work so we only do them once a week and in limited numbers. Come early!

PIZZA PARTIES
From intimate weddings to big birthdays, or for no reason other than to pizza party with friends, we’ve got a few different options. For large reservations of up to 10 people (or a real snug group of 12) you can ‘Book the Nook’ for 2.5 hours. Or during patio season you can host a ‘Patio Pizza Party’ for groups of 6 to 30. And for those milestone occasions or office holiday parties, full buyouts allow you to host a ‘Grand Event’ for a few hours or the full night.
